On September 19th, Jo Hyojin PD, who is in charge of directing the show, told Star News, “Six members of Girls’ Generation, Yoona, Yuri, Jessica, Seohyun, Taeyeon, and Hyoyeon, took part in the shoot today. When Girls’ Generation members appeared, the male members of ‘Running Man’ couldn’t close their mouths.”
The day’s shoot went on as an upgraded version of the “best friend race” that was aired on August 7th. Missions were completed with the six Girls’ Generation members paired up with “Running Man” members.
Jo PD added, “Girls’ Generation members were really into it during the shoot, filling in Song Jihyo’s empty spot, who is currently in the hospital. We’ll know for sure after editing, but I’m anticipating good results.”
Girls’ Generation’s episode will be broadcast on October 2nd.

I haven’t been keeping up with Running Man, but I will definitely have to watch this episode!
Fans all over have been hoping that the girls would appear on more shows like they used to! It’s great that more than half of the girls are going to do this. It must be a nice semi-break between practice and concerts and practice…even if it is a show they get to have some fun!

Aw~ I’m going to watch it! My goodness.. I really miss Taeyeon in variety show. Its exciting to see Jessica play again on RM. The only sad thing is that Tiffany is not in the show~ but I’m waiting for the show to be aired! Awesome!

Hahaha I so want to see this special. My 1st time watching this show was when YoonSun were special guests and they take down everybody like a stealth ninja. 6 SoShi members sounds like heaven and lol at the men can’t keep their mouths shut when the ladies arrive on set. Yep this for sure going to get more ratings, probably even more than when YoonSun was on. Maybe 2Ny are home taking care of their baby Sooyoung. All the best wishes to Song Jihyo! Yesssssssssss omgggggg! 6 SNSD members and my favorite variety show, a;wgijalwekgjaoeigjlzkj;baosija;ogiejwa;lkgwjeon,xnb;ajgiowajeg wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Can you tell I’m excited?! The episode aired August 7th was the one with Jiyeon, Luna, Sulli, and Suzy and 5 teams, but this time there’s 6 guests instead of 4 with no Ji-Hyo so I guess they changed it up a little. It’s too bad we can’t see Sooyoung and her epic running, or Tiffany and Sunny who were really quick in Dream Team, but I guess all 9 on one show and all the regulars would be overwhelming LOL. I’m glad Yuri is on it though, Running Man kind of let her down in the episode she was on, so hopefully they make up for it here. I also look forward to seeing Jessica be very uh, active. It’s interesting that you would invite someone who has the motto “never run, even if you’re late” onto a show called RUNNING Man, for the SECOND time. I’m really happy Hyoyeon is on it though, cause we don’t get to see her enough and I think she should come more often on it. Ahhh, I can’t wait for October 2nd!
