Earlier today, Marie Claire Korea’s official Twitter announced that Marie Claire magazine will be interviewing Sooyoung. They stated that they will be accepting questions for Sooyoung via mentions to their Twitter account. If you wish to pose a question to Sooyoung, simply include it in a reply to the announcement. Questions covering dozens of topics have already been sent, and the interview promises to be entertaining and informative. Marie Claire, a world-renowned fashion and celebrity magazine, has long covered the lives and promotions of the girls, along with those of other artists, actors and other public figures.
This is not the first time that Sooyoung has been featured in the magazine. In May 2011, she, alongside the other members of Girls’ Generation, graced individual covers of the issue, and also had a spread in the magazine.

Hmm, I know people are suggesting that we use google translate, but couldn’t the marie claire kr staff have english translators? :”( Either way, I hope Sooyoung will answer my questions /o/
Soo young is very sexy in this magazine;);)…Saranghae soo young<3~~
If only I had a twitter account T.T
Marie Claire comes from their International company. I wish that they understand English
Guys, that’s marie claire. it’s a world known company (such companies employ bilingual/multilingual candidates) and since they’re using twitter which is not exclusive to korea, they must be entertaining english questions too.
I’ve used google translate to translate from korean to english and it usually always sounded accurate to me, like from their calender on the official website, not a fan site. it also just depends on the wording. those saying not to use google translate probably just don’t know how to use it or even know anything about languages anyways.
While I would love to tweet something, I am a bit afraid of setting my twitter to public to get it to be read by Marie Claire. So instead I will look forward to being able to read her answers!
Should we use google translate for our questions? :3 i mean, i dont have twitter, just randomly asking(;
No do not use google translate I translated a korean top comment once and it said something like the director truck fuel supermarket went inside a duck, now I dont know korean but im pretty sure thats not what it meant hahaha
No I wouldn’t translate English to Korean to send something to someone, however using google translate for yourself to figure out what something means is okay. It’s gotten a lot better, and is actually useful. Bing’s translator is good to use too, if the google translation doesn’t make any sense.
oh man…
don’t have a twitter account..
stress!
wonder how many questions they will ask her..
Can we ask in English and they help translate it? This may be the sole reason I start to tweet haizzz… anything for SY!
Marie Clarie knows what they are doing…they can get a lot of traffic from this. They will not only sell a bunch of magazines because of the interview, bu they will now sell a lot of stuff just teasing fans about the interview to come out…very clever. :-) The power of Soshi! HEHE! Can’t wait for our Sooyoung’s always entertaining and bluntly truthful answers! Gotta love her for it!!!
I might just start twitter for this I really dont like twitter but for Sooyoung lol and for the people posted beneath me do not use google translate it could make the most normal question really retarded haha
Wouldn’t they be able to read English?
That’s one big problem here.. I dunno how to write Hangul~ or speak Korean~ T.T
Rely on the power of Google translate… Hehehe. :D Although the question might not come out as well as you want it to in Korean. :)
