Girls’ Generation will soon release a DVD and Blu-ray of the group’s first concert at the Tokyo Dome, which took place last year on December 9th. Both the DVD and Blu-ray will come with a 100-page live photobook and include the following tracklist:

‘THE BEST LIVE’ Concert at Tokyo Dome DVD and Blu-ray will be released on April 1st, 2015. Both are currently available for pre-order on CDJapan (Blu-ray and DVD), Amazon Japan (Blu-ray and DVD), YesAsia (Blu-ray and DVD), and HMV Japan (Blu-ray and DVD).

I feel like this concert should come with a warning;
VIEW AT OWN RISK, COULD CAUSE IRREVERSIBLE HEART BREAK.
:) At least a big box of tissues should be included.

I hope this has an Eng sub. If not, jeez when will these people (producers) learn that they have to put subs to cater to the international fans?
It’s not going to have English subs.
It is very rare these days to find Japanese DVDs and Blu-ray with English Subtitles. Many years ago when Japanese movie were starting to become more popular internationally people would import them from Japan with English subtitle (before they got an international release). So the Japanese DVD companies decide to remove English subtitles for their DVDs. This works in favor of big movie releases that also get an international release but it works against anything that only get a Japanese release.
Quite often you can find English Subtitles online for movies, but unfortunately it can be significantly harder or near impossible to find English subtitles Girls’ Generation Japanese concerts and because Soshified does not supporting piracy of official DVDs and Blu-rays they have decided it not make English subtitles for official DVD and Blu-ray releases, even if there are no official English subtitles available on the disc (a personally contentious issue). It took me literally years to find English subtitles for the 1st Japan Tour and I haven’t even been bothered to look for subtitles for the 2nd and 3rd tours (even though it is frustrating not knowing what they are saying to the crowd).
