this song is good enough to get me to stop listening to gee. thats pretty amazing. considering ive had it on repeat for a while

I mean I really like the new single, 'tell me your wish' but I feel like 'gee' was more catchy. If you were to listen to both songs after another without having heard either before you would probably notice that 'tell me your wish' sounds more mainstream than 'gee'.

I think I've said this before, but I never liked the Gee type of song. Of course, when Soshi sings it, it becomes one of the greatest songs on Earth, but I still think songs like Girls Generation and ITNW were more enjoyable. Genie is currently my second favorite song (sorry, but NaengMyun.... <3) and Gee doesn't make my top 5 so... Genie FTW!

I also agree that songs don't necessarily have to be repetitive to be good. Honestly, I'm glad Tell me your Wish is not a repetitive song. The melody, harmonies, and beat of the song makes up for it. Both are great songs in the end though!

to be honest it wasn't as good asa i expected AT FIRST.
but after one more careful listen, i realised how uberly super the song was and hooked to it like a drug!

obviously both songs are very different in style and every other way.
but the important thing is that we are able to see the different images that snsd is capable of portraying to the audience. after all, we need to welcome changes that adds variety and excitement to our lives

People really love aegyo huh? haha... that's what they've shown in Gee right.. hehe.. and in Tell Me Your Wish.. they are showing their mature side (their sexiness) but people prefer Gee better... haha... Love both... it shows their versatility...

......... there truly is an obvoius difference between the two songs. I could'nt say
that i like gee better than tell me your wish or vice versa because they all
have specific dance steps that makes the song beautiful and all love all of SNSD
