I didn't want to translate the entire blog word by word so here's a brief summary of what she wrote.

Recently, one of the crew members/editor of Elle(?) who's working with SNSD on their upcoming MNet Show posted an entry in her blog about the Elle Night Club Party. She mentioned that the show is about the girls becoming an intern editor for 'Elle'. Somewhat of a reality show of the 'Ugly Betty' show. Also she wrote about how she experienced SNSD's popularity or aura and was surprised at how well-behaved and respective their fans were. (Etc. giving the girls enough space and not rushing onto 2nd floor where the girls were). She was a little skeptical at first of how well the girls would do on the show... but because of their outgoing personality (which surprised her), they were able to adapt to the job and do really good apparently.

She also shared some un-seen pictures as well.

Haha reminds me of GGTS, when the PDs doubted our girls and then learned to love them like we do. You just got to meet them and experience their personalities to really be able to see what we see in them. And I'm glad the fanboys were well-behaved, haha I think joe mentioned that a few of them thought the girls were too sexy haha and it was hard to approach them. SNSD fighting! People always doubt the ability of our girls but they always prove them wrong. These girls are amazing no matter what they do. I can't wait until their new show airs. I've never seen 'Ugly Betty' though, but I hope it'll be better.

I actually like it better that the staff has no expectation whatsoever because then our girls can have a chance to shine, in which they always do. I think I will enjoy watching the MNet show later on after knowing this extra tidbit.

Why am I not surprised that the staff was completely charmed by the girls' personalities?

I'm happy that S♥NE behaved, or it could be that the ones who were present were old and mature enough to give the girls some space to enjoy the event.
