I'll get to the point...

In the open hall, it was filled with about 300 snsd fans,
U.Kiss fans, and some random people.

Our girls' turn was coming up to record the performance.

While the staff were trying to fix the display screen at the back,
snsd fans were dying to see the girls.
Since I didn't get a lot of sleep, I was really tired.
As I waited for the girls to come up on the stage, I took some naps to kill the time.

Suddenly, I heard someone yell...

"Let's go Soshi Let's go~!"

I had no idea what was going on. I thought one of the snsd fan said it.

Few seconds later...

I heard another yell from the wait room door...

"Right now it's So nyuh Shi dae!"

ahh..I've realized it was none other than Tiffany, who said "Let's go soshi let's go!"
am I an idiot?...(I wasn't the only one who couldn't recognize it was Fany..other fans, too, didn't realize it was her..!!)

Our girls seemed pretty excited, it's been awhile since they went on the stage to perform ^^
They bowed, greeted, and waved their hands toward the wild crowd..
I saw Kkab yul at the center lol lol.

Instantly, the whole place became dark and spotlight were faced towards the stage....
The rehearsal began...

My goodnes...I couldn't stop myself from spazzing...


Unfortunately, our girls were making many mistakes.

On 9/4, Inkigayo announced that our girls will be performing...
Which meant our girls only had about three days to practice...
Let's not forget that our girls had their individual schedules...
As a result, they probably didn't get to practice a lot.
Thus, it was really obvious when girls were making mistakes..T_T

On the first attempt, everyone was off. Nobody was in sync with each other.
At least, everyone have messed up once; some have made some more mistakes...
Even though they were supposed to lip-sync, some members didn't remember their lines...

Still, this was the rehearsal~ I assumed they'll do better on the actual recording.

It was break time...now it was the real thing...
Sadly, our girls messed up on the other parts..

After the recording, they seemed depressed.
I can imagine them blaming themselves for making mistakes...

The PD decided to just go with that recording, even though it wasn't that great.

In my mind, I said NO way....NEVER>..
Our girls can do better than that...
If you can give them one more chance..
Then I'm sure they'll perfect it, possibly..
I was filled with remorse....and hope for the best.

When I saw our girls' frustrated expression on their face, my heart collapsed.
It wasn't their fault...they had only few days to practice...they didn't have enough time to prepare..
Our girls...despite the circumstance, probably wished to do it perfectly...

My apprehension for our girls have augmented...

I was hoping to write a cheerful fan account for the rehearsal and the recording...

Three days ? Wow. The dance have a lot of movement, indeed.
Gosh, they seemed so excited at the beginning, yelling their 'slogan' and everything.
I'm proud of the girls nonetheless, as long as they did the best they could.

Oh dang...seriously? I'm still in the midst of downloading the performance. I'll see how it goes. I was anticipating something like the tell me perf cause it was so darn good...I'm not sure if I've seen the girls making blunder mistakes in rehearsals or real live...it's okay girls, we know with a limit of practice time you can only do so much. Errr why can't they announce this earlier so the girls get more practice time...you'd probably need at least one day to learn the dance...

EDIT: Okay either my video card sucks or my codec isn't working properly...the avi and mkv files weren't really in sync...anyhow I didn't want to figure out how to fix it so I watched the perf on youtube. Yeah it wasn't a perfect performance but it wasn't bad either. At the beginning when the camera showed their faces they did look a bit uncertain >< But I'm really happy that yul and hyo had their own solo parts and then Sooyoung O_O I think she tried to kill us lol...Tiffany did a good job in her part too, I LOVE her hair...I know we're all so used to her short hair but I think her hairstyle in this perf really suits her.

Okay I'm gonna go spazz in their individual forums lol...

See I knew it wasn't their best effort, you could tell .. that they were kind of like worried while doing the performance. It kind of REALLY sucks that they only had like 3 day to practice. I could sense the frustration throughout the performance, and we all know how hard the girls are on themselves .. so the ride home probably wasn't that great either. Aish I can tell SNSD hates giving half-assed performances, and since the PD makes the final call, even if it's not up to SNSD's standards, they're still going to broadcast it. On a side note, I don't think Tiffany will ever forget "Let's go SoShi" haha it's like her catch phrase and the fans' favorite little line from GGTS. SNSD fighting!

When I watched the performance again after reading this, I couldn't really tell they made mistakes. I'm guessing the editted most of the mistakes out of the recording and thats why the performance seems shorter than the other ones. Unless they were able to record again. I wonder what the second part of the fan account is about.

ah, maybe this explains the missing beat at the end of the performance. for 3 days of practice (amongst their other schedules), the performance was great. no one can be perfect, so i hope the girls don't beat themselves up over this. thanks for sharing, i look forward to part 2.

Actually I have to give pro for them, only 3 days but they were able to manage to learn the dance steps and perform it. That obviously was not an easy job to finish but our girls did pull the performance very well. Not many people can do it like them. Well everybody makes mistakes, I know the girls wanted to bring a nearly perfect perf to the audience but they should not blame themselves or feel frustrated. At least they tried their best and the fans enjoy the perf as much as they can.

i thought they did awesome...and with 3days of practice only?
gosh..so if they gotten more days of practice...they might have done this live and better..
i kinda feel depressed for the girls now too after reading this fan acc.
i'm sure the girls were disappointed they couldn't bring a much better performance for everyone including themselves...
ah..i hope the girls will get over it soon....

Mistakes? The performance looked pretty flawless. In fact, I was in awe the whole time. I really was doubtful to see if the girls could pull off an old school-hip hop-like song of Shinhwa. They must have some master editor editing everything out.
The faces the girls had on were fierce and in act, but after I read this, I'm thinking twice. Was it expressions of frustration or just getting into character?

wow they only had three days to practice? That's obviously not enough time. But despite all that, they still gave a very entertaining and pleasing and hot performance so I give them props for that. Besides, the mistakes that they did make were not so obvious thanks to camera angles. The girls shouldn't be hard on themselves since they gave their fans exactly what they wanted - to see the girls of SNSD back on stage again (minus Yoona D:).

well, i think although they made mistake, but with only 3 days of practise and they can perform like that, it's awesome already...
coz i watch the performance, but i didnt notice any mistake...is it different recording?
still amazing performance even though just with 3 days of practice...

gosh. At least it wasn't ddil Fany in action. the admiration I have for these girls. their support for each other! Fany's let's go soshi lets go was adorable and so fany like! the mistakes and their expressions is imaginable just the thought of it makes me a dit depressed. none the less I guess it was a great outcome cause they looked awesome!

Hahah I just watched it <3 It's actually good *^^* Maybe coz I'm just caught up with their dances~ <3 But yeah, I noticed some parts where they're not in-synch with each other~ But aish...what you expect from 3 days of practice -- And not just three days...but what about the amount of hours they spent >< But oh wells...the account not finished yet..xixix I'll read part 2
