Girls’ Generation will be releasing a second version of their third album, entitled “Mr. Taxi”, on December 8th, 2011. The album will contain thirteen tracks with the addition of the English version of “The Boys”. The “Mr. Taxi” track will be moved to the first track, and the Korean version of “The Boys” track moved to the second.
During their promotions for “The Boys” earlier this year, Girls’ Generation also performed “Mr. Taxi” wearing outfits reminiscent of police officers. With the unveiling of the album cover, fans were excited to see that the group chose similar outfits for the concept of the second version of their album. In addition, while the concept for “The Boys” consisted of a unique outfit for each member, “Mr. Taxi” features a return to identical outfits.
Twitter users quickly reacted to news of the upcoming album release and to the revealing of the album cover, as “Mr. Taxi” trended worldwide at number four.

I just bought it today because I ald booked it since last week in my fave CD store and I just knew abt the new cover album after I booked it.. but it’s ok.. rather than thinking abt what you regret, it would be better to think abt what you will get after u buy the new cover album because in my opinion, the new cover album is much better than before.. haha..
wogh.. I will buy it again even the additional is english version of the boys only.. btw the cover is great especially TaeNy.. hoho..
can’t wait for coming back of the repackage album by Mr. Taxi korean version. Actually, I used to watch this concept on Inkigayo. I hope the next time SM should promote SNSD that have a new looking or support other songs. I know SNSD are many abilities. Also, SNSD have a lot of fans, Sone which will power all of SNSD everlasting.

I don’t mean to sound ungrateful. But I really wish I would’ve bought this album instead of The Boys version. Because in all honesty I buy the albums for the posters and because I like the concepts. But to be honest I wasn’t that big a fan of the Boys fairytale concept. And also cuz soshified sent me the album 2 months after it was released, which is only 3 weeks from when this one gets released. So I’m really regretting getting that one and not this one. SMH
Howe much is it? I plan to buy 2. Another as a Christmas present for my cousin. He has been studying overseas for half a year. Should really thank him since he introduced me to snsd and made me a sone.

HOTNESS OVERLOAD! they look fabulous and i so love these police outfits. still can’t forget when they perform in these outfits on Inkigayo, it was just heated all over because of their hotness. freaking Police Shidae, i think a lot of people wouldn’t mind getting arrested by these 9 gorgeous babes. Anyway um I think SM is testing Soshi fans loyalty to see how many are going to buy this album. it’s nothing new in it except for the additional English version of The Boys that everyone has already bought off itunes and the Mr. Taxi track being in 1st track. SM i hope you don’t do this again to your other artists because it just might hurt them in the process. i was also hoping for a new song but since the girls are extremely busy and might have less time to practice new choreo, i’ll let it pass. It would have been better if SM had let them promote The Boys until they’re defeated, then give them their rest and then have them come back later with new materials. i guarantee that the fans would have waited no matter how long it takes for the girls to come back and promote. fans care more for their health than for them working non-stop and getting sick at the same time. anyway i’m going to buy this still because i’m also collecting their treasures and i love supporting the girls. SM please do better next time, don’t think that you’ll always win over the fans, you never know what could happen. it would really be sad to see the girls getting lesser fans because they kept pushing out same thing. Has anyone stopped to consider that maybe they’re promoting “Mr. Taxi” instead of a new song because Yoona has like one line in it, and since she’s so busy filming her drama, it’s easier to cover that than what she might be singing in a new one?
Besides I like the thought that they might get a little bit of a breather by not having to learn new lyrics and choreography because they already have “Mr. Taxi” down. . .
I want this regardless! Even if it is practically the same album, I still want it!
