Best bet is to check out GMarket, the last Beyond 9 hoodie I saw there will cost you around $20-25, although it's available for domestic purchase (w/in SK only).
I got this set (Hoot CD+ included)from here, though it's based in the Philippines (where I live ^^)



No red/green/yellow variants on stock last time I checked, so I settled for lavender
