I just found out about Soshified so I am really new to this.
Been a fan of SNSD since the beginning but don't go around forums . I just go on youtube every now and then.
It's a shame that it took me a year to find this forum because it has everything about SNSD.

ive known of the existance of soshified for a while.. but today was the first time ive actually visited....

Happy first anniversary Soshified!
I've been with Soshified on the second day it debuted to the world and I'm happy to say that I'm a proud member and also a proud S♥NE. I looked and joined many forums to express the love I have for SNSD (as well as many other artists) but I've never felt so at home than being at Soshified. It's just so organized, the layouts are awesome, the place is so warm and inviting and also the members are really helpful and nice and we all share the same love for each of the girls. I want to thank Soy, our beloved forum founer for working hard to bring this forum up and the rest of the people that make this place happen and active. From Soshi Subbers (Pink Subs FTW!) to the Super Moderators and the Guests and the Members, I'm thanking you. Without you, this fantabulous forum wouldn't exist and I'm really proud. I've never been such a fangirl for SNSD or for any other group in my life and it's all thanks to you guys. I hope we have many more anniversaries to come, no matter what happens, I hope we stick together and continue to make this place active and live to see the day that all the girls log in and make more historic Soshified moments. Let's keep our love alive!

Since my discovery of SNSD back in around April(?), through a small gif of Jessica hugging Yuri from behind on Chunji's Sunny Bday special (who would have thought Yulsic would start my obsession with Soshi? XD), I don't think I would've gone far with my fangirling without this awesome forum. With the 'How to be Soshified for Dummies', I learned more and more about each and every girl, from Leader TaeTae to Maknae Seohyun. With shows like GGTS subbed, I laughed and cried along with them as they struggled through their debut, singing and dancing their hearts out, seeing how beautiful and mature they are onstage while transforming back into their dorky, ordinary selves backstage. I am constantly in awe whenever a contest or birthday event is prepared because of not only the amount of time and effort the staff put into making it happen, but the enormous mass of people who participate and show their love for these girls. To Soy, our forum founder and the other wonderful members, whose dedication started this forum and to the entire staff (moderators, translators,etc) who bring us the latest news and subbed shows/radios/etc. faster then any subbing squad out there. There are never enough thank you's for the work you guys do. Because of that and so many other things, I am proud to be a member of Soshified.

You guys really help the girls, because if it weren't for you guys, i am sure many people wouldn't be as dedicated to the girls as they are right now. I know that because i am certain that if it weren't for this site, then i wouldn't be the fan i am today. I especially want to thank the subbing squad for helping us non-korean speakers understand the girls and what is happening in the videos. It's amazing what one forum can do, and how a love for one group can really start to change people's lives.
When I first heard of SNSD, I was really skeptical and I wasn't interested in listening to their music. This group almost came out of no where, but push themselves into the music scene so quickly. Soon enough, after my curiosity got the best of me, I found myself addicted to their songs and learning their dances.
Then came Soshified. I stumbled across the forum somewhere deep in Soompi, and made myself a member real quick. The forum was still quite small when I joined, literally on the day we got 1,000 members, but I still felt the passion and love everyone had towards these girls. In some way that sparked my own passion for the girls, and kept my hopes alive.
Although my post count is seriously low, I've seen this forum grow from small to international. Soshified means so much to me, as it's been a haven I've come to during some tough times. It's easy to click on a few links and submerse myself in the happiness of SNSD. I couldn't be more grateful.
Here's to the best forum in the world, and to the people who make this forum what it is today.

Then, one day, i was doing my usual search of SNSD on the korean sites, and soshified came up.
I think it was because Tiffany logged in a few days before i searched.
Then i joined to know more because it was the first time i actually heard of a member talking/chatting with members of a forum.
i joined and fell in love with the site immediately, i never knew there was an online community (which speaks english thankfully) that supports SNSD and loves them!
very soon after that, i joined the subbing team by my own accord
(apparently most of the team was recruited by Soy)
it was possibly the best thing i could have done ^^ i loved the satisfaction that i got when the video was finished, and (when i had time) reading the comments the members wrote.
My thanks goes out to all the members on soshified, Soy, the admins, smods, ssfpolice, mods, subbers, gfx designers, donators, uploaders, and just regular members.
I believe that soshified wouldn't have been what it is today without the contributions of all the members here: soy for her never ending support, and her dedication to SNSD; admins, smods, ssfpolice, mods for their awesome work in moderating the site and working day and night to make this site better; subbers for their work on subbed vids and helping me develop a skill i can use in life; gfx for their layouts and all their work to make this site look beautiful; uploaders for giving everyone SNSD vids to watch; donators who keep this site going; and finally the members who make all the discussions possible.
It is because of all of you that soshified has grown this much.
