Me and cph went over to Jeonju today. Took at 4 hours bus trip and it was hell. Both of us prepared gifts for the parents though. We arrive at the shop and we visited the "Taeyeon shrine". Because it is Chuseok time, the area was kinda quiet and her dad actually chatted with us for about 30 minutes. There are really cute snippets of Taeyeon and Tiffany when he talks about them. He even shown us his cellphone wallpaper, which is a sel-ca of Taeyeon in a green beanie.

According to Taeyeon's dad, Taeyeon loves swimming and is really good at snorkelling. She's really good at driving the motor boat. We asked if like he knows that Taeyeon will be a singer when she's young, and he told us that Taeyeon had a weird voice when she's young. Never would they imagine that she will be a singer now.

Taeyeon's dad said that he doesn't feel Taeyeon's popularity, like when he sees Taeyeon, it's just his daughter there. But he does know that Taeyeon is in the most popular girlgroup in Korea now, but he just doesn't feel it when she's with him. He doesn't even know their schedule, he goes onto fansites to check their schedule. He said that money is not important, like they do so much stuffs, but to a parent, her health is the most important. Especially with the increase in motorcar accidents in Korea, it worries him a lot.

Taeyeon will not be going home for Chuseok because of the radio show. Taeyeon's dad said they are not sure if they will be going up to Seoul to visit Taeyeon for Chuseok because the traffic's going to be hell. Taeyeon's dad said that Taeyeon talks on the phone with her mom more than to him. Like when she calls him, she will ask if he's fine, and then end the call, but talks really long with the mom. Taeyeon's oppa will go to the army next year. They texted each other often though.

We asked like if the other girls come over to the shop, but Jeonju is really far from Seoul, so other than Seohyun, whose school is just around the corner, the girls don't come over unless they have performances in Jeonju. So like he said, Tiffany's family is in the States, thereforeTiffany is really close to Taeyeon's parents. Taeyeon parents' treated her as their own daughter. And because Taeyeon and Tiffany started training at SM at the same time, and they had been living together since, Tiffany will call Taeyeon's parents as dad and mom. He said that out of the other 8 girls, they know Tiffany the best. When the parents go over to their dorm, Tiffany greets them brighter than their own daughter. <3

This is like the extremely exclusive one. Taeyeon's dad came to us with 2 Genie cds and wanted to give us and asked if we had the cd, and we are like yeah we have it already. And he went 'but....signed ones?' and flipped to Taeyeon page and we are like DDDDD: He even apologized that the sign is kind of rushed. But we are already very grateful.

take the bus from the Express Bus Terminal in Seoul to Jeonju. The trip should cost around 12200 WON. When you arrive, hail a taxi and ask for Seudo (I think it's spelled like this?) Mall.
