I personally think that not only males fan likes Taeyeon the most. She also has a lot of fangirls as well. I'm one of those actually and as far as I know esp. in Thailand. For me, the reason is because she is like a girl-next-door who is definitely pretty and cute, friendly, funny and many many more. She has a great singing ability and charismatic. she has the personality while the person next to her will adore for her words and her natural expression. (I might be biased, but I really think like this)

If people bother to check out my profile, it will say that my favorite member is Seohyun. However, I've never really pictured her as someone I'd like to date. Not because of anything about her, but because she's literally my idol. Someone I wish I could be like: hardworking, focused and regardless of celebrity is very down-to-earth.

So what about Taeyeon? Well, I tend to agree with a lot of what the article says. Yes, she's pretty. Yes, she's cute. Yes, she's attractive. However, most guys (whether they realize it or not) don't tend to use just physical criteria when choosing someone to get into a long term relationship with. I'm probably gonna get in trouble for this, but girls, here's a "major secret": if a guy really likes you, it usually isn't because you're drop dead gorgeous. It's because it looks like you're easy to talk to. Physical attractiveness doesn't hurt and it is one of the reasons we go after you, but your personality is what makes us want to stay with you (yes, it's not true of every guy, but those guys are shallow and usually aren't boyfriend material in the first place). This is what makes Taeyeon so attractive to a majority of males. She actually seems approachable as opposed to some unreachable shining star.

I think most guys that are fans of Taeyeon will agree that the statement, "I can't quite figure it out, but there's something about that girl." is probably one of the most accurate statements when it comes to her. It's hard to describe. She just seems so...comfortable and natural. Like she's not hiding anything and that that really is her we're seeing regardless of whether or not she's following a script.

So what about her aegyo? The article says her aegyo is one of her main attractive features. A lot of people here who know the girls believe that Taeyeon is actually the weakest (in fact, she hates it) in that category and that Sunny is the one with the best aegyo capability. I'd like to submit a different line of reasoning. Sunny is very good at aegyo but with her it's like flipping a switch. Don't get me wrong, Sunny is cute but I've always felt that she's cute when she acts cute. To me, Sunny is more pretty than cute. But with Taeyeon, I feel that her aegyo comes naturally. She doesn't like it because she doesn't realize that she actually is aegyo personified. She can't act cute because it overrides her natural cuteness and therefore fails at any aegyo she attempts to manufacture. In other words, you can't create something that's already there.

So why did I bother to mention Seohyun earlier? Well, here's why. Seohyun is someone I wish I was like. Taeyeon is someone I wish I could be with.

for me i was attracted to taeyeon becuz of her voice and somewat becuz of her eyes also...
lata i grow to love her more when i watched afew variety shows that they are on...
agreed that she has a unique aegyo as normally i would be disgusted by aegyo but taeyeon's aegyo comes too naturally for me to find it to be on purpose or be disgusted by it... love it actually haha...

Quite unexpected, yet at the same time I support her! hehe, although Yoona is my favourite member, the second member that did attract me when I first knew SNSD was Tae Yeon! I guess it was because she seemed one of the most outgoing ones... And Yes, her dorkyness is just awesome! Its not like in Sunny's category of aegyo where it is obvious...Tae Yeon's aegyo is just so natural! I do agree the article mentioned that Taeyeon is not the prettiest, for me I think it is Yoona. Taeyeon has the "girl next door" type of look which makes her attractive. Also, she has the dorky personality together with her singing abilities that attract male fans. I believe her performance at variety shows such as We Got Married also gives bonus points to her.

there's just something about taeyeon. I think she's easily one of the prettiest snsd girls. I don't know why the article author thinks she isn't as pretty as yoona. yoona is taller and has an amazing model figure. Taeyeon is shorter, cuter, and more approachable. Yoona can look scary sometimes, even though she's actually very nice and dorky too. Taeyeon looks like she's more forgiving than the other girls. She's the leader and puts up with more stuff. I think she's so mature compared to the other girls. I think fany improved a lot partly because of all the advice that taeng gave her.

hihihi Taeyeon is my ?ber favorite. She was the reason I got into SNSD in the first place. Personally, I find her really pretty plus she has her own distinct charms and I love her sense of humor. I love it when she jokes around. Mature and down to earth ^___^
