Ah, I love reading testimonies like this, especially where the writer initially had some sort of prejudice that was turned around. It's these kinds of reports that have credibility cause it's from an outsider's point of view, so it isn't as biased as say a fan or an anti.

Reading about how SNSD conducts themselves in a professional yet bright and playful manner makes me proud to be a fan; the fact that they have all the reasons to behave like snotty diva celebrities and yet choose to stay grounded is amazing. Judging by the amount of similar accounts from those who've actually worked with them (Ceci Magazine, Chocolate PD, this one and possibly more) it really goes to show that they are consistently well mannered. I've yet to see an account that criticizes their behavior other than biased anti-fans.

P.S: there goes Jessica again with her sleeping habits. Why am I not surprised?

This is not the first time that staff members who worked with them gave a testimony on them. I think this just increase our trust in supporting SNSD as they are not proud like some other celebrities, did not show their tiredness despite being so tired after all the schedules, they are really professionals and being no1 girl group, they are quite humble and I think this is quite commentable.
I like the way they encourge each other esp Sunny being the mascot saying, Sunny kept saying, "We're still Girls' Generation, were cute! We can do this!"

It must be a huge regret to the staff didn't get to take a photo, even if they weren't a huge fans.
SNSD seem to have a lot of fun on set but when it comes down to it, they're always ready to work.
It's also great to see that they're always looking out for eachother whenever someone needs help.
