I like the translation for the japanese Gee better, but I don't like the way it sounds in japanese... I'm so used to hearing the korean version it's sooo different. I can't get used to it. It's the same with all their other Japanese singles. The lyrics are slightly better, but I can't stand the way it sounds because I've heard it in Korean a million times before; with the exception of Mr.Taxi, cause that's an originial.

you sure the English lyrics are correct? i might be rusty in the japanese department, but doesn't ドキドキ(dokidoki) mean (thump or throb), and doesn't 嘘(Uso)mean lie? i'm just thrown off by the English translation a bit

I like the Korean better; I m used to pronouncing *ae* as *eh*, not to the japanese one as *a-e*.
but the good thing is that SNSD can speak Japanese, so they can attract more Japanese fans who can t speak Korean or English.^^
