I am really seriously touched. Like the fan said, I leave with my heart full, as cheesy as that is coming from me.
Our nine girls are truly amazing. I love that they don't let their fame and popularity get in the way of anything. They aren't snobby, arrogant or anything like that as many celebrities turn out. How many millions they've earned for SM but still they're thoughtful enough to buy sandwiches or food for staff members, and greet each individually in a polite way, worry about the fans in the heat more than themselves. They don't see themselves as above anyone, despite the fact they're Asia's no.1 girl group. The girls can still show their true selves, not impeded too much by 'image'. That's something that is really wonderful.

Wow after reading all of these fan accounts, it's very touching to see that the girls give as much care to their fans and co-workers as they give to the girls. I guess this is why people love working with SNSD (example, HOOT MV behind the scenes: the entire staffed continuously applauded the girls for everything they did whether intentional or not)
