Sunny's father is called Lee SooYoung? Oh my, that must have been really weird at first when she was befriend SooYoung. (I just don't buy the whole 'not standing out for being short', she jokes about it once in a while, but she never seemed to be unable to do anything because of it. They mention it almost like is an illness on the book...)
I had no idea Hyoyeon didn't pass the audition at first, it's interesting that they noticed her because of a picture, it's like all of the odds were against her, but it was destiny to be a SNSD member.
Yoona's strenght really isn't a joke - proving lady power all around the world, you can be the cutest mf in town like Yoona and be as strong as a bull. And yes, her voice is adorable when in a high-pitch, but when she sings the low notes is all <3
I remember it being mentioned somewhere.... possibly one of their early TV appearances..... that Soo's parents wanted a boy and it took her mother a few years to accept her. With that in mind it sort of makes sense since her name is kind of masculine. I didn't know about sunny's dad having the same name before this book either!Sunny's father is called Lee SooYoung? The book is published in Japanese, so there will be no book in English. This is a translation of that book. You can find the book links on the first post.

Thanks for translating. I have learned how the SNSD's training was really strict and it is sad Taeyeon has a hard time with it. The trainee's story is heartbreaking to know. I'm glad some of them accept and continue to support with all their heart. Being a trainee is a no joke, some who feel weak will couldn't endure the hardship and you must be strong in order to remain still.
