About Me
I'm not into kpop last time, so I don't really know any korean groups. I only know some really famous korean singers like BoA.
Sometimes I really hoped that I can get to know SNSD earlier, but I guess it's never late.
I never really liked a group before, regardless of which country they're from. Because they gave me the feeling that they are just using their outer appearances to gain popularity. Well, this is just my feeling, may not be true.
But SNSD proved me wrong of that mindset.
Actually I already know of SNSD during their 'Gee' period. My friends introduced and showed me their Gee MV.
Like I've said earlier, I never really liked a group before, furthermore they are a group of 9 girls. So I had that mindset of mine again, and I just briefed through the video. I thought to myself, "It's just another 9-pretty-girls group". But I judged a book by its cover.
It was until the Genie period. My another friend of mine went crazy over a korean girl group. He was watching a video on the live performance of Genie. He crazily asked me to watch it. And yeah, I watched it and I went "Wow!". Not totally because of their sexiness and pretty faces, it's their whole performance, their synchronized dance and great singing.
So I eventually got hooked and realized that it was the same group that my friend showed me in the Gee MV last time. And once again I thought to myself, "They aren't just another 9-pretty-girls group", they are pretty girls with talents and potential.
That's when I'm officially SOSHIFIED
That's my story, it's quite wordy. I doubt anyone would really read this, but I'll just post it anyway.
SNSD started the spark for my interest in Kpop and other stuff related to Korean
